Májico is a Mexican street food brand created by a father and son team, who are passionate about cooking and offering high quality take-out food, with welfare and sustainability at the heart of what they do.
As a nod to being a little different to the usual Mexican offerings, the logo was designed with a bright colour palette, which was a departure from the usual associated Mexican colours. The branded colours used are in fact traditional Mexican paint colours, which helps add authenticity to the brand in a new, modern way, appealing to the desired target audience.
The ‘J’ is a subtle chilli icon which is used in isolation within the branding patterns and the social media icon. The logo has been designed to work on a variety of background colours for variation, adding to the interest of the brand and its playful nature.
Client Feedback
“Marisa was amazing and went way beyond our expectations, so delighted with our end result. Marisa took our outline thoughts and ideas and brought them to life with several different options that really challenged our thinking, her research of our market place was detailed. Guiding us through the technical and legal aspects of design, branding and ownership has been invaluable. We have further branding to do and absolutely know we are safe in her hands. Could not recommend Aim Creative highly enough.”
